March stats for Tarrant County:
Median home price is ⬆️ 22.8% compared to March 2021.
Months of inventory is 0.7, which is down slightly from last year at this time.
Average days on market is 9 days less than March 2021.
As interest rates increase, the market may see a slow down and inventory should increase some. However, the DFW area is still a hot place to be. Data shows that between 200-300 people are moving to the DFW metroplex daily! So simple supply and demand rules from economics class apply here. Our demand for the area is still super strong with low inventory, so home values will continue to remain high, and in some areas, will continue to rise.
