Rosemary Ranch Chicken

This is a family favorite.  In fact, I'm making it tonight for dinner!  I use a grill pan instead of skewers.  It's so much easier.  I also add in veggies to make it a one pan meal.  I add red onion, green bell pepper, squash and zucchini cut in large pieces.  The longer you marinate, the better.  Mine will be sitting in the fridge marinating all day.  Cooking on the grill definitely is the best way for max flavor, but it can be cooked in the oven if you are in a pinch.  ENJOY!
